Buy a Domain:
A domain is a web address of our website, and it's another name website URL. A domain is helpful to find our website. buy a unique and Easy to people always remember in our website domain.
How to buy it?
first, if you want a domain like .com .in etc. you have to pay for it. After buying it, year by year once renewal paying for that. if you decide to buy it: there are some websites for buying a domain. website name: Google domains, Namecheap, Godaddy, Bluehost, etc. go there and a search box will open. enter your site name, that domain site show availability for our website domain. and buy it. After buy it add your blogger or WordPress site in the subdomain column.
Content:
Before starting a blog, you can think and write at least 10 posts unique and your own content in your notepad, because after starting a blog, already you can write and make it ready to post the article. There will lot of time to create the next post and you don't have a rush to publish the next article.
Create SEO keywords optimization keywords and use your blog, and check also keyword search volume, CPC, SEO difficulty, paid difficultly its major ranking factor for your post and website.

Creating an analytics id first searches to googles analytics on google search and sign up and give your blogger detail like site URL, category, country, etc. After create Goto setting---->they show many options---> click the tracking info, they show id and script coding copy these two matters and paste your id in blogger settings and another script coding paste your themes section. After pasting it.easy track your website traffic.
Add Google Search Console:
What is a search console?
Search Console helps to index your post on google search engine. It shows page ranking pages, keyword ranking, impression, clicks, etc.
How to work and add :
Go to google search console on the web. Add you're website on URL and they will add your property. that's all .they will be added and create a sitemap for your website. sitemap code to create and add your blogger setting in Custom.txt Robots and save it. After seeing the console site. they show full your website post, links, etc.
Google Publisher:
google publisher is another way to help to rank, index our post.
AdSense Apply:
Adsense helps to earn money online. After doing all of this. Apply to google AdSense but that have some eligible criteria
