1. Before applying to google news publisher center, You should already create a Google analytics and Google search console. While applying for news approval, the site shows verifying analytics id and search console. Definitely, you will give two properties. So keep in mind.
2. I'm suggesting for you, You should create a Google analytics id, Google search console, and submit you for verifying email, Give the three important properties on the same email. why I'm saying that applying time you can confuse and chance to unable to verifying your property also.
3. Before applying At least 5 to 7 posts because you don't have any posts. because you have no post it's useless. And They don't recognize your site.

Next step,

1. Go to google chrome and search the google publish center.
2. top right corner, Select your email id because we have many Gmail id. So check at once
3. After the Left corner click, the add publication and the small dialog box will open and they show three dashes box.
4. Name, primary website property, Location. So give correctly your, names You must enter your website name in the Name field, enter your website URL in the primary website property field, and enter your location.
5. select your niche-related category for News approval.
6. The main box will be open, enter the description, contact verifying console, and analytics id, while apply to go to your Gmail. you will have to receive two emails open them and verifying to mail also.
7. scroll down, click the next button
8. That show to add a new section, three-box will be open click it gives section name, RSS or atom field, and view access. section name-feeds, RSS URL-https://www.your site url.com/feeds/posts/default, View Access-Anyone.
9. Add the square and rectangle logo image size is 1000 x 1000 px and 512 X 512 px.
10. After fixing the image and see the preview of your old post it takes a few minutes to show your older post.
11. Give your labels, how many labels you have. you must give all of it. how to get label URL: go to your website label section and right-click and copy it and finally back in publisher account paste it  in the label section example label Url: www.url.com/label/label name
12. Finally, recheck all of these and click the save button. and publish it
13. After saving your changing information. goto edit option recorrect and save it.

skip this particular: family access, Advance section don't do Nothing in this Section.

 After submitting your site, it takes a review of 2 to 4 weeks. after refreshing your page its shows in review.

How to check you got approval:

On the google news publisher center home page below the logo and your site address show status: IN LIVE or goto edit option and click the review and publish option you can see the status.

I'm sharing my experience on Google News Publisher Center approval. before apply I published 6 posts on my website. I applied correctly the same above instruction and waited for nearly 4 to 5 days and After finally, I got approval.
